BuddyGoDutch is a fast-growing organization that brings together international and Dutch students in an accessible way through a buddy program. The students can get to know each other’s culture through the buddy program.
The Supervisory Council
The Supervisory Council is an organ of BuddyGoDutch which promotes and guarantees the continuity of the foundation. As a member of the Supervisory Council you supervise finances and looks at what can be improved within BuddyGoDutch. Here you advise and assist the board to implement these improvements. Being a member of the Supervisory Council is a valuable addition to your CV and it gives you an insight into the growth and flowering of BuddyGoDutch.
What does the job involve?
The Supervisory Council consists of five people who are members of the council on a voluntary basis for two years. The Supervisory Council meets approximately six times a year, meeting together with the board of BuddyGoDutch. As a member you will spend about 2 to 5 hours per month advising, thinking along and checking the documents. The peak is at the beginning of the semesters.
Who are we looking for:
- Affinity with the student world (in Utrecht)
- Affinity with internationalization and/or travel
- Committee and/or management experience is an advantage
- Give constructive feedback
